IMPORTANT NOTE:  At all times do we encourage to carefully read the product descriptions. They contain average delivery times per specific product. Product descriptions also contain the origin of the manufacturer so you will know the location and know what delivery times to expect according to your own region!

Average Delivery Times
We strive to offer the best price-quality ratio for our products. Therefore, we choose to ship the products directly from the supplier. This allows us to save significantly on transport, storage, packaging, and shipping costs and offer the products at a fair price. Every order is processed within 24 hours, and the average delivery time is 1 ‒ 10 business days. Please keep in mind that we are working with different suppliers and the distance from a supplier to you might be further than in other cases, increasing the delivery time. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: We partner only with suppliers within the European Union—none of our products are sourced from China. This helps us maintain quicker delivery windows, stricter quality standards, and reliable after-sales support. Shipping times can still vary by product and season; any extended lead times will be clearly indicated at checkout.

Always Free Shipping (Benelux)
Benelux: We offer free home delivery across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg with no minimum order value.
Outside the Benelux: Shipping fees apply and vary by destination, carrier and parcel weight. The exact amount is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Any applicable duties or local taxes are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Track Your Order
You can track your order via our Track & Trace page. The Track & Trace becomes available online 2 ‒ 3 days after placing your order, so you always know when to expect your products at home.
