What is the return policy?
Celestial Orb follows a 14-day return policy, requiring clients to notify them of any return intentions within this period. Products must be undamaged, unworn, and unused, with tags attached, within 14 days of the initial notification. Additionally, we offer a Return/Refund Policy for damaged or defective products, with claims accepted within 7 days of the item being received.

Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase. Meaning these products will be highlighted as a ''Final Sale'' product.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the location of our manufacturer. But usually it should not take more than 5-10 working days. Within the Benelux it usually takes up to 1-3 days maximum.
Our delivery times depend on the distance between the supplier and the customer. Orders are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers, ensuring faster processing and lower costs. In most cases, delivery takes between 1 and 10 business days (With exceptions up till 15 business days). We always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Please remember: we have a Dutch and an Australian manufacturer, these two supplying company's can not deliver their items within the same delivery period. Our ''Australian Exclusive'' products can take much longer than those of our Dutch manufacturer.

Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
This explains the variety in delivery times. Delivery times are affected by both location of the client and respectively, the location of the manufacturer of the chosen product.
At this moment we work with an Australian and a Dutch manufacturer. So depending on your location, this might increase shipping times.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is completely free of charge within the Benelux region, except for the exception of Australian Exclusive items from our Australian supplier. If you live outside the Benelux, (for example Germany or Denmark), you will have to pay for additional transport costs. If you return an item, costs may be added.
Why is my product slightly different from the photo's?
Our team of artists works day and night to create inspiring content. Every product is photographed with real cameras and then gently refined in the studio to enhance sharpness and brightness. We use all sorts of programs including AI to Enhance our products and match our homestyle mood boards. This may cause small differences in the final result. That’s why we always include the original, unedited photo in each product’s gallery, so you can see the piece in its pure form.
Why can I not adjust my shopping cart?
When you are at the check-out page, you will have to click the shopping cart again to modify your final order. You can not modify your shopping cart from the check-out page.
