Celestial Orb follows a 30-day return policy, requiring clients to notify them of any return intentions within this period. Products must be undamaged, unworn, and unused, with tags attached, within 30 days of the initial notification. Additionally, we offer a Return/Refund Policy for damaged or defective products, with claims accepted within 7 days of the item being received.

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase. Meaning these products will be highlighted as a ''Final Sale'' product.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the location of our manufacturer. But usually it should not take more than 5-10 working days.
Our delivery times depend on the distance between the supplier and the customer. Orders are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers, ensuring faster processing and lower costs. In most cases, delivery takes between 1 and 10 business days (With exceptions up till 15 business days). We always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
This explains the variety in delivery times. Delivery times are affected by both location of the client and respectively, the location of the manufacturer of the chosen product.
At this moment we work with an Australian and a Dutch manufacturer. So depending on your location, this might increase shipping times.

Shipping is completely free of charge. We take full shipping costs. Costs may be added if you return an item.

Our team of artists works day and night to create inspiring content. Every product is photographed with real cameras and then gently refined in the studio to enhance sharpness and brightness. This may cause small differences in the final result. That’s why we always include the original, unedited photo in each product’s gallery, so you can see the piece in its pure form.
