You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, and we will ensure your refund is processed within five business days after we receive your return.

Returning Your Order in 3 Simple Steps

Step 1 – Complete the Return Form

Download and fill out the return form completely.

Step 2 – Send Your Package

Return the items together with the completed return form to the address listed on the form.
Please make sure your parcel is shipped with a track & trace code – as the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3 – Receive Your Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will make sure your refund is processed within five business days and credited back to your original payment method.
